  • Mix 1 scoop (29g) with 250mL of soy milk (or plant-based milk of choice) until smooth. For best results, use a blender. Drink immediately after mixing. It can either be consumed as a nutrient-dense snack between meals for those with elevated nutrient requirements, or as a complete meal replacement for those who have reduced appetite, an inability to prepare meals, or are reducing their caloric intake. Consume as part of a varied diet. Not to be used as a total diet replacement. Store in a cool, dry place.
